Vaccination Requirements
Boarding Dogs:
Distemper/ Parvo Combination
Rabies
Bordetella (Canine Cough)
(Corona is recommended)
Boarding Cats:
Distemper/ Upper Respiratory Combination
Rabies
(Feline Leukemia is recommended)
Cedar Dale Pet Resort recommends that all vaccinations be given at least two weeks prior to boarding stay.
Policies:
- A copy of current vaccinations is also required at time of check-in or can be faxed to our office in advance.
- Not responsible for lost or damaged belongings
- Bring emergency phone numbers.
- Bring properly labeled medications.
- Pets’ own food – must be labeled & portion packed per each meal = no extra charge.
- Bulk foods are charged $1.00 per day additional when not portion packed.
- Please label all items brought in with pet.
- Please make sure you pet is wearing collar and leash when you arrive.
